PEOPLE/FASHION/21CENTURY/HOLLAND

this really bothers me and I feel like I have to share this with you guys in the hope you'll change ;

People from nowadays in Holland really don't understand anything about fashion,
they hardly know what style means. Then you have these people who think to know everything about fashion and that they're so amazingly fashionable. Well babes/dudes I have to dissapoint you ; you're not. You people think style means walking around looking the same as everyone else. Because that's only what I see when people are passing me by, crazy and that when you live cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam and etctera. Even here in the clubs people look so random and normal. One thing ; cheap slutty clothingwear does not count as fashion ;)

Take my advise ;

Dutch people, suprise me once in my life and try something new or perhaps old!
Be yourself, dare to be yourself!

In comparison with Italy, France and United Kingdom we look fucked!

About me

My name is Cilvya Wanaish Rong Uyong Hng. I'm a twenty year old girl from Holland and I was born in Leiden. My parents origin are from Asia. In my youth I moved to a lot of different places and I've also lived in China for a year. I study and work in Amsterdam. I can speak and write different languages such as Spanish, English, Dutch and German. I've been in Chinese School, but as a kid I didn't liked it though. So nowadays i'm planning to take Manderin speaking and writing lessons again.

Interests Hobbies
I'm interested in Art, Music, Literature, History, War, Philosophy, Psychology, Quotes, Sociology, Poetry, Fashion, 50/60, Culture, Animals, Languages, Nature, Make up, Fashion, Piercings and Tattoos, - Got myself one and in the future it will be defenitely more - Photography and etcetera

My hobbies are DANCING, SINGING, playing basketbal, badminton, swimming, kickboxing, painting (Japanese), drawing emotional/surrealisme/impressionisme, writing, learning new languages, traveling (want to make a worldjourney once in a lifetime), shopping. From cheap clothing from Zara to Viktor&Rolf. Shopping is like doing execise. And I also like to visit different market.

I collect vintage pursus/bags, make up and jewelry. Love to work with different colours.

I have a big shoe tic. My mother is complaining about it all the time. I really can't stop buying it.

I almost buy every kind of shoe that I love. One thing I have to be in love with it. From flats to sneakers and from higheels to motor boots. If something material attracts me I just simply can't reject it.

I like to go out for a walk with friends near down the water or the park and chat. Go bicycling, running in the green. Simplified It makes me feel good to be surrounded by nature and smell the air of green.

I started to teach myself playing guitar with some help of other musicians. It's difficult tho, but practising bares miracles. so i'll be working on it tho.

In my spare time I also like to read books. Mostly of the time I read fiction books. I also like to read autobiograpies for example : Marilyn Monroe . Reading is a good escapism from real life. Beside that I also read fashion and philosophy magazines.

Further I like to do are clubbin, watching movies, writing, visit concerts - dig the underground musicians- theatre, musea, musical. I love to get together with friends, have a good laugh and company ourselves with some good wine.

Even though I have a lot of friends and people who I know, Most of the time I rather spend time alone. You can call me a loner. It´s not that I don´t enjoy the company of others but sometimes I really to need to be alone. Alone is when I feel the most comfartable and it gives me rest and peace.

and oh yeah I have a weakness for british speaking people like Hugh Crant.

Food

and ofcourse very unhealthy and bad for my weight, Macdonald

Love
I'm not the easiest person to love and to be loved.
Right now I'm single and i'm happy about it.
But my dream man should look like Chad Michael Murray

Music
I listin to all kind of music, I don't like to put them in boxes. If something sounds nice, it's good and nothing less.

But If I have to categorize my taste of music I must say ; Britisch pop, New wave, Jazz, Bluess, Drumm and Base, Indie pop/rock/alternative , PopElektro, Soul, Uk Speedgarage, Dubstep

Aslong as I can remember, music has always been my greatest inspiration, motivation and cure for every wound.
I always need music around me otherwise I feel pretty more like dead.

Books
Right at the moment i'm reading ''The Boy in the striped pyamas'', My teacher in London recommended me this book because I told her I love reading stories about war and history.

Dreams
My dream is to become succesfull, welknown famous and rich. To be a well known artist and performer. To have my own art gallery, my own magazine and shoe line. I also would like to give an hand to instituitons in Asia and start foundations for endangered spieces. And I´m also interested in acting so perhaps also an actress in the future. As you read .. to many things .. but trust me I believe in my future ..

I want to live in several places like in Hawai, Italy, Japan etc.
